This is a great 5 minute ‘mum meal’ as it really needs minimal preparation. All you need to do is lay out the ingredients on an oven tray and chop up any toppings.

Cheese and Bacon Melt
This is my go to when I want something yummy, FAST.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with paper.
Line up bacon rashes on the tray, sprinkle with cheese and toppings.
Bake for around 10 minutes or until all melted. Enjoy!
