Our six week bootcamp is perfect for beginners or those looking to take it to the next level, and will have you kicking ass on your way to your fitness goals! Our bootcamp offers sessions that feature both cardio and weight training, and have been carefully designed so it can be done either at home or in the gym. Your workouts will be setup in an app where you’ll be able to monitor your progress along the way – we’ll be reviewing your fitness and nutrition logs to ensure you are making the best progress possible.
Support & Accountability
Support & Accountability is pivotal if you want to make progress towards your fitness and health goals. You’ll be able to connect with the other members in a private forum, as well as having us there to check over your routines and nutrition to make sure you’re on the path to success. Sharing this journey with like minded people will not only give you that edge to succeed, but helps to foster a team environment of motivation and support. You’ll be able to share your journey with the others, allowing you to bond with your team members over goals and achievements, as well as access to leaderboards through the app so you can track your progress with the rest of the group.
