This is a very fast keto breakfast and easily prepared the night before.
Bacon and Eggs
This is a 'treat' breakfast for us.
Fry Bacon, add in paprika.
Cook eggs. There are so so many ways to do this. I've chosen runny boiled eggs for the photo. I often scramble them too.
When adding scrambled eggs, I always add in more vegetables. I'll often use onion, spring onion and diced zucchini.

Add some grilled eggplant if you want to add nutrients and make it slightly more filling. Don’t forget the fat will keep you full for a longer period. I find I don’t need eggplant most days.
