Chicken and Zuccini Salad
I have this a few times during the week for lunch, this is such a versatile dish that can be altered in so so many ways.
Instructions
Place sliced zuccini into a saucepan of boiling water. Boil for 3-5 Minutes.
Heat up coconut oil, cook chicken, then add paprika.
Serve and garnish with capsicum (or whatever you have chosen),
