A great way to be inventive with mince meat. We have it quite a lot on keto and have come up with some inventive ways for it not to become mundane.
This dish is full of vegetables and FLAVOUR. We often have the dish with melted cheese on top.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Add all of the vegetables and mince meat in a bowl. Use a spoon or hands to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
Roll into balls (golfball sized) and lay on a baking tray. Place in the oven for approximately 8 Minutes.
In an oven proof dish, combine the garlic and the diced tomatoes. Add the meatballs.If you are using melted cheese, add it at this step.
Place back in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
The whole family can enjoy this healthy nutritious meal. It's very filling.
