    1. Mix everything apart from the almond milk until it forms a thick batter.
    2. Add in almond milk and whisk for 2-3 minutes until it forms a batter. Ensure there are no lumps left.
    3. Heat butter in a pan and cook the pancakes. The mix makes about 6.

    We tend to spread the mix around the pan to create almost more of a crepe – I’ve found they taste a bit better this way and not quite as dry. I’m still experimenting though, so try it your way and let me know how it goes!
