Low Carb Quiche

Low Carb Quiche
I make sure I have more vegetables than egg. I don't make traditional quiche. This is so so simple to make. It's just two steps.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl. Lightly whisk until all combined.
  3. Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes, until the dish has browned and cooked through thoroughly. The shallower the dish, the less time it needs.

I like to add some pepper and cayenne pepper to give it that little ‘kick’.

I also like to top it with tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Delish!
