Low Carb Quiche
I make sure I have more vegetables than egg. I don't make traditional quiche.
This is so so simple to make. It's just two steps.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, grease a shallow baking dish.
Add all of the ingredients into a bowl. Lightly whisk until all combined.
Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes, until the dish has browned and cooked through thoroughly. The shallower the dish, the less time it needs.

I like to add some pepper and cayenne pepper to give it that little ‘kick’.
I also like to top it with tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Delish!
