- 10 Large Eggs
- 60 ML Cream
- 200 Grams Bacon Pieces
- 50 Grams Spinach Leaves
- 30 Grams Celery (finely chopped)
- 200 Grams Zuccinni (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, grease a shallow baking dish.
- Add all of the ingredients into a bowl. Lightly whisk until all combined.
- Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes, until the dish has browned and cooked through thoroughly. The shallower the dish, the less time it needs.

I like to add some pepper and cayenne pepper to give it that little ‘kick’.
I also like to top it with tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Delish!
