Megan’s Keto Chow Mein

A really really yummy dish, it was so nice we had it for lunch and dinner again the next day! It tastes great reheated too, so it’s a perfect prep meal if you like to cook in bulk!

This is such a fast dish to prepare! You can always add in your own low carb vegetables too. *Note. All the vegetables are sliced, unless stated otherwise.

Instructions
  1. Shallow fry minced meat and garlic in a deep pan until golden brown.
  2. Add in the other ingredients, cook just long enough for the cabbage to begin wilting.
  3. Serve in a raw cabbage leaf and enjoy!
